Engine Logistics LCC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic delivery Drivers Delivering smiles throughout Buda and South Austin area. We provide full-time and part-time opportunities for our Delivery Drivers!

Shifts are 10 hours per day and are available 7 days per week. We offer a very flexible schedule! Company Vans are provided.

No CDL required for delivery drivers!

Requirements for this position are:

• Must be 21 and older
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs independently
• Must be able to move in and out of the delivery van with ease

General Responsibilities:

• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
• Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and general public while delivering products to customers’ homes, retail, and business locations.
• Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress and solve obstacles.
• Sort and prepare a delivery route to meet customer promise time off delivery.
• Ensure Vehicle is clean, fueled and in good operational conditions.
• Be a team player and assist in various occasions other team members.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues on and off the road.
• This position will also require you on a need basis to act in other duties such as :
• Helper. (You might be required to work as a helper on as need basis and will be paid as a DA)
• Driver Trainer or ride along partner for new DA's ( This will also include a 20 dollar bonus per ride along given)
• Step Van Driver (After proper training you might be required to become a step van driver, this does include a dollar raise)
• Be of support to management with simple given tasks such as:
• Pick up and drop off of vehicles.
• Change of flat tires
• Organizing supplies ,etc.

Work Environment:

• Able to lift packages (up to 70 lbs), be able to get in and out of the van numerous times during the day and be able to go up and down the stairs in various occasions.
• Flexible and patient as routes may vary and may be delays due to traffic from on road congestion, construction or other factors.
• Have a core schedule, but there might be adjustments, including working days and hours worked depending on time of the year and peak seasons.
• Approximate working hours are 10:00AM-9:00PM
