What You’ll Do

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and office communications
• Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors professionally
• Maintain employee records and onboarding paperwork
• Assist with interview coordination and recruiting support
• Order office supplies and manage inventory
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic data entry
• Support leadership with daily administrative tasks
• Help maintain a positive and organized office environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
• Previous admin or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
