Sally Weston Associates is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our highly regarded residential architecture firm in Hingham, Massachusetts.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a respected and collaborative team in a warm, design-focused environment. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, answering phones, managing bills and invoices, coordinating contracts in a timely manner, and helping keep the office running smoothly day to day.
