We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to provide remote support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently while working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support
  • Organize files, documents, and digital databases
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Conduct online research as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries (if required)
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Zoom)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting tools
  • Social media management experience (a plus)

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Typically 35–40 hours per week
  • Part-Time: Flexible hours based on business needs
