Craft Collective is Denver's premier high-end salon. We don't do "good" hair — we do extraordinary hair. If you're driven, talented, and ready to grow into one of the best stylists in the city, this apprenticeship is your path.

This is a structured 1.5–2 year paid program designed to take your skills from strong to exceptional and launch you onto our floor as a full stylist. Those who succeed here consistently put in the effort, seek out education, and are committed to raising their craft every single day.

What the Apprenticeship Looks Like

Month 0–3 | Foundation Master shampoo, blowdry, styling, and client experience — the Craft Collective way.

Month 3–6 | Hands-On Color Melting, toning, and styling. You'll begin taking model clients and building real confidence behind the chair.

Month 6+ | Build Your Clientele & Earn Commission Full services including cuts, lived-in color, and gloss blowdrys — with commission on every client you attract.

Requirements

• Colorado Cosmetology License (required before start date)
• Prior salon or assisting experience preferred
• Strong client communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive

What to Expect Day-to-Day

• Arrive 20 minutes before your mentor to set up and tidy the station
• Anticipate client and stylist needs before being asked
• Maintain professionalism on the floor at all times
• Stay active — if there's no client work, ask management how to help

Pay: $19.21 per hour
