Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a Regional Property Manager of our property management firm. This role is the backbone of the property manager’s daily operations, serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and residents while ensuring that all administrative and operational tasks are executed with precision.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong interest or background in the management of real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication Management: Act as a "gatekeeper," screening calls, managing emails, and responding to inquiries on behalf of the property manager.
  • Operational Liaison: Coordinate between property managers, tenants, and the accounting department to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the preparation of property reports, lease agreements.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-4+ years of experience as an Assistant, ideally within the property management or real estate sector
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving: A self-starter who can multi-task, prioritize high-pressure deadlines, and solve problems independently.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in corresponding documentation.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
