We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in MSAW Operations responsible for various functions in Operations which includes processing and investigating stock transfers, meeting production and quality standards, cross train in multiple functions, adhere to compliance and control guidelines, and interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams.   In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate P2 level position within Transform ET MSAW COB KYC Ops (TEMCO) which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes. What you'll do in the role: - Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team - Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements - Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output - Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution *Excellent communication skills, both oral and written *Computer proficiency including, but not limited to: Windows Microsoft Office Internet and Website Knowledge and navigation skills *Time and Stress Management skills *Conflict management skills *Technical Support skills a plus *Client-Focus and problem-solving skills *Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment *Attention to detail and quality of work *Follow-through and accountability *Ability to work within a team *Initiative/Self-starter *Proactive *College Degree is preferred *A desire for a career in Financial Services is a must. * Operations experience preferred We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 85 years.
