You will manage the administration, maintenance, and automation of the Atlassian suite across Data Center and Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain business services and workflows within Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Assets, and Confluence.
Configure custom fields, Proforma form fields, automation rules, jobs, listeners, and endpoints.
Automate service requests and business flows using Groovy via the ScriptRunner plugin.
Manage Bitbucket source code management and administration.
Support customer teams by documenting requirements and resolving Jira service requests.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Atlassian administration (Jira, JSM, Confluence).
Proficiency in Groovy scripting for service automation.
Experience with Bitbucket source code management.
Red Hat and Linux administration skills.
Ability to run and troubleshoot applications within containers.
Experience managing both Data Center and Cloud environments.
Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

Experience migrating on-prem instances to SaaS cloud offerings.
Knowledge of Basic Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC) processes.
