What's the role? Audit / Assurance Managers are responsible for managing client relationships while auditing their financial records for compliance to generally accepted accounting rules and standards. This includes: <ul> <li>Analyzing client financial records to identify potential accounting issues and performing research to present proposed solutions.</li> <li>Training, mentoring and managing team members in audit processes.</li> <li>Building new and strengthening existing client relationships while demonstrating basic knowledge of clients' businesses.</li> <li>Communicating and meeting with clients as requested; providing recommendations to assist clients with financial or tax needs.</li> </ul> What experience and skills do I need to be successful? <ul> <li>3+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.</li> <li>CPA certification highly desired or ability to attain.</li> <li>Candidates that are willing to work onsite preferred, but wiling to consider hybrid/remote work for experienced talent.</li> </ul> Great Perks and Benefits: Some major perks this firm can offer are long-term job stability, work-life balance to support raising a family, and significant opportunity to grow your career within the firm.
