The Sales Associate at Baron BMW plays a key role in delivering a premium customer experience while driving vehicle sales and client loyalty. This position is responsible for guiding customers through the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and vehicle selection to financing and post-sale follow-up—while representing the elevated standards of the BMW brand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service and follow-up
Deliver a luxury, consultative sales experience aligned with BMW brand standards
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles, features, and financing options
Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations with a high level of expertise
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW models, features, technology, and competitive offerings
Manage leads through CRM systems and proactively pursue sales opportunities
Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Previous automotive sales or luxury retail sales experience preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
