Automotive Service Writer 1

Employment Type: Full-Time (35–40 Hours/Week)

About Us - Jeremy’s Garage is a well-established, high-volume automotive repair shop in Pueblo West. We pride ourselves on quality repairs and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Writer to join our team and help drive our front-counter operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relations: Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and clearly explain repair recommendations.
• Workflow Management: Act as the primary liaison between customers and automotive technicians.
• Parts Management: Source and order required vehicle parts efficiently to minimize bay downtime, if needed.
• Shop Operations: Manage the front counter, schedule appointments, and process customer invoices.

Position Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
• Skills: Proven sales and front-counter customer service experience.
• Certification: ASE Service Writer certification is highly preferred.
• Note: If not currently certified, you must obtain your ASE Service Writer certification within 1 year of hire.
