Barista / Customer Service Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, creates a welcoming atmosphere, and has an interest in coffee, specialty drinks, and providing a great customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages, taking customer orders, handling payments, maintaining a clean work area, following posted opening and closing procedures, and assisting with other customer service duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, specialty drinks, and menu items
• Operate cash register and process customer payments
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience
• Answer phones and assist customers as needed
• Keep bar, customer areas, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow posted opening and closing procedures
• Restock supplies and assist with daily setup and closing duties
• Assist with front counter and customer service duties as assigned
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while working with customers and team members
• Other duties as assigned by management

Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour
