Our team includes 13+ board-certified physicians in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. 1–2 Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary and Critical Care Physicians to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers a blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, academic involvement, and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities In the Hospital: Manage critically ill medical and surgical patients in multiple ICUs Perform ICU and pulmonary procedures (intubations, chest tubes, bronchoscopy, central/arterial lines) Participate in a robust Interventional Pulmonology program Care for complex patient populations including ECMO, transplant, and neurosurgical cases Engage in teaching, research, and hospital leadership roles In the Clinic: Provide continuity of care for patients with pulmonary and sleep disorders Collaborate with and support Advanced Practice Providers Foster strong communication with multidisciplinary teams Participate in outpatient teaching and administrative initiatives Practice Locations: Hospital ICUs: Miami Valley Hospital and other Premier Health facilities in Dayton, OH Outpatient Clinics: Multiple locations across the Dayton metro area Qualifications Completion of an accredited fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed Compensation &
