Komma Tea's vision is to provide boba to people who want to take a break from their busy lives - "Take a break, put a komma in your life."

We are only seeking hard-working, multitasking, customer-friendly individuals who are eager to learn and for people who aren't just looking for a summer role but people who can work throughout the fall.

Duties:

• Ensure an excellent environment for our guests and coworkers.
• Create all menu items, including milk tea, coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks.
• Learn and produce all prepared items and toppings for drinks, including but not limited to boba, prep cups, and teas.
• Complete cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dishes, deep cleaning of equipment, and taking out trash.
• Passionate about creating experiences for others and constantly seeking new ways to go above and beyond.

Requirements:

• Adapt during complicated situations while maintaining stress levels
• Available on weekends
• Ability to lift 25lb regularly
• Be able to receive constructive criticism
• Count POS money accurately during each customer transaction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $20.00 per hour
