Role Overview

A Boomi Consultant is responsible for developing integration solutions using Dell Boomi to connect cloud and on-premise applications, automate workflows, and ensure seamless data exchange across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop integrations using Boomi AtomSphere platform
Build and deploy APIs, ETL processes, and data mappings
Integrate systems like CRM, ERP, databases, and third-party apps
Work with REST/SOAP web services and connectors
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
Monitor integrations and resolve production issues
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Ensure data security and compliance standards
Maintain documentation for integrations and workflows

Required Skills

Strong experience with Dell Boomi (AtomSphere, Molecule, Atom)
Knowledge of integration concepts (ETL, EAI, API management)
Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript/Groovy is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

Boomi certification (Professional Developer or Architect)
Experience with ERP/CRM systems like SAP ERP, Salesforce, or NetSuite
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
