Boxing and Frames Technician

The Boxing/Frames Technician plays a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring the timely and accurate production of high-quality products. Essential Responsibilities and Abilities:

· Assemble products according to established specifications and instructions from management.

· Follow directions and assist with in-process quality control measures.

· Work positively and collaboratively in a team environment, interacting with quality control and other staff to ensure seamless production processes.

· Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with all team members and non-team members.

· Keep the workspace clean, organized and well-maintained.

· Be dependable and contribute as a team player to meet production goals.

• Follow and suggest improvements to area processes as needed to enhance efficiency.
• Demonstrate reading and comprehension abilities to interpret product specifications and instructions.
• Occasionally work weekends based on production needs.
• Be comfortable with the use of power tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must have a willingness to learn computer skills.

Physical Activities and Requirements: · Ability to bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 50+ pounds.

· Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours per day continually.

· Skillful use of hands to assemble both large and small components.

Minimum Qualification Standards:

• Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent degree and training (equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered).Job

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour
