<p>The Department of Enterprise Applications (DEA) Reporting & Analytics Team is seeking an experienced <b>Business Analyst – Project Lead</b> to support the design, development, and optimization of <b>SAP Business Objects reporting solutions, Tableau dashboards, and enterprise analytics platforms</b>. The consultant will work across multiple SAP modules including FI, FM, HR, Payroll, SRM, CRM, Treasury Management, BW, and Business Objects.<br></p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><b><i> </i></b><br></p>
<p>· Gather and analyze business and technical reporting requirements.<br></p>
<p>· Design, develop, and maintain complex <b>SAP Business Objects reports, dashboards, and universes</b>.<br></p>
<p>· Create Web Intelligence reports, Crystal Reports, and analytical dashboards.<br></p>
<p>· Develop and administer <b>Tableau dashboards and Tableau Server environments</b>.<br></p>
<p>· Perform data modeling, reporting optimization, and root cause analysis.<br></p>
<p>· Create detailed technical and functional documentation.<br></p>
<p>· Support SAP BW, Business Objects, and enterprise reporting initiatives.<br></p>
<p>· Design and maintain ETL workflows using <b>SSIS, Azure Synapse</b>, and related tools.<br></p>
<p>· Collaborate with business users, agencies, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.<br></p>
<p>· Lead knowledge transfer sessions and provide user training.<br></p>

<p>· 5+ Years of SAP Business Objects Architecture & Components.<br></p>
<p>· 5+ Years of Business Intelligence Development in SAP Environments<br></p>
<p>· 5+ Years of Web Intelligence Reports, Dashboards & Crystal Reports<br></p>
<p>· 5+ Years of Tableau Administration Experience<br></p>
<p>· 3+ Years of Public Sector Experience<br></p>
<p>· Strong Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Skills<br></p>
<p>· Data Warehousing & Dimensional Modeling Knowledge<br></p>
