From TikTok Shop end-to-end management and creator (KOL) affiliate marketing to TikTok Ads and Livestream production, we bridge the gap between products and viral commerce.</p><p><br></p><p>As TikTok Shop continues to redefine the US e-commerce landscape, we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven <strong>Business Development Manager</strong> to spearhead our growth by acquiring top-tier international and US local brands.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will be the face of our agency, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with brands looking to dominate TikTok. You aren't just selling a service; you are selling a growth engine. You will consult with marketing directors and business owners to design TikTok-first strategies that drive ROI.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead Generation & Prospecting:</strong> Proactively identify and reach out to high-potential brands (local US & International) across categories such as Beauty, Fashion, Home Decor, and Electronics.</li><li><strong>Sales Pipeline Management:</strong> Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and initial pitch to contract negotiation and closing.</li><li><strong>Solution Selling:</strong> Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand brand pain points and pitch tailored solutions (TikTok Shop setup, Affiliate operating, Paid Ads, and Livestreaming).</li><li><strong>Client Relationship Building:</strong> Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and marketing leads.</li><li><strong>Market Intelligence:</strong> Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, policy changes, and competitor moves to position our agency as the premier authority in the space.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with the Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from "closed-won" to "active client."</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years of experience in Sales/BD within <strong>E-commerce, Digital Marketing Agencies, or SaaS</strong> (Experience with TikTok Shop or Amazon SPN is a major plus).</li><li><strong>Network:</strong> An existing network of contacts within US-based consumer brands/DTC brands is highly preferred.</li><li><strong>TikTok Savvy:</strong> Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem (Creator marketplace, Shop, Livestreaming, and Spark Ads).</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex TikTok concepts for traditional brand owners.</li><li><strong>Drive:</strong> A "hunter" mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.</li><li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where the platform rules change frequently.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Unrivaled Growth:</strong> Be at the forefront of the fastest-growing e-commerce platform in the US.</li><li><strong>Uncapped Commissions:</strong> Competitive base salary plus an aggressive commission structure tied to revenue targets.</li><li><strong>Expert Support:</strong> You are backed by a world-class operations team with a proven track record of scaling shops to 7 and 8 figures.</li></ul><p></p>
