Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Busser to join our team. In this role, you will be delivering exceptional food service experiences while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and strong communication skills will ensure guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities

• Weekend availability is crucial as that is our busiest time. Saturday and Sunday 8am-3pm most weekends (may have some days with a slightly later start). Fridays 9am-3pm.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements to create a friendly atmosphere
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Clear tables promptly by bussing dishes, glasses, and utensils to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas through regular cleaning, sanitizing tables, chairs, and service stations
• Support kitchen staff by handling food safely and following proper food handling procedures
• Assist with dishwashing when needed on busy days
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
• Opportunity to also take orders and make coffee drinks as you progress in the role.
• Tips will be provided on top of your hourly wage and is split amongst the entire team.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with bussing, serving, and general restaurant operations is highly desirable
• A positive attitude combined with teamwork-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
