We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Manufacturing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality cabinets for residential and commercial projects.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Perform all relevant tasks involved in the manufacturing process. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure duties are performed as efficient and safe as possible.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS The Cabinet Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of cabinetry components. This role involves operating various woodworking machinery, ensuring precise measurements and cuts, and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in woodworking or cabinetry preferred.

ESSSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Fabrication and Assembly:
Operate woodworking machinery, including saws, routers, and planers, to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components.
Assemble cabinet parts and hardware according to technical drawings and specifications.
Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and slides.
Quality Control
Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects.
Ensure that all cabinetry meets company standards and client specifications.
Make adjustments and repairs as needed to address any issues.
Material Handling
Manage and organize materials and supplies, ensuring they are properly stored and handled.
Verify material quantities and order additional supplies as needed.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Technical Compliance
Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and production schedules to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintenance and Upkeep
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and tools.
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure designs are executed as intended.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate production and resolve any issues.
