Location: Near Washington Township, NJ (Oxford, NJ area)

Pay: $17/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

Join a passionate and dedicated team in New Jersey's premium cannabis industry. GSCC Management is seeking Cannabis Trimmers & Packaging Technicians to support our small-batch, hand-crafted cultivation operation near Washington Township, NJ.

This role is focused on hand-trimming flower and carefully packaging products to the highest quality standards. We take pride in our conscious cultivation practices and are looking for individuals who value precision, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand-trim dried cannabis flower with precision and consistency
• Carefully weigh, label, and package flower and pre-rolls
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace at all times
• Follow strict hygiene, safety, and compliance procedures
• Handle cannabis with care and respect for product integrity
• Meet daily workflow goals while maintaining quality standards
• Support post-harvest tasks as needed (sorting, cleaning, etc.)

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in NJ
• Must pass state background check and fingerprinting
• Weekend availability is required
• Reliable transportation to and from Oxford, NJ
• Able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs
• High attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow direction
• Commitment to cleanliness and consistency in all tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience hand-trimming cannabis (preferred, not required)
• Interest in plant care, wellness, or sustainable cultivation practices
• Familiarity with NJ cannabis regulations is a plus
