We’re seeking a knowledgeable and driven Sales Representative to lead our efforts in growing and expanding our carwash division within the San Antonio metro territory.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience in the Car Wash Industry: You have a strong background in carwash operations, including experience with equipment, chemical adjustments, line maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.
Technical Aptitude: You are comfortable adjusting and maintaining car wash systems, such as chemicals, water lines, and minor equipment upkeep. You should be able to identify issues and make on-the-spot adjustments to ensure the carwash operates efficiently. Able to replace/work on hydrominders, flowjets, dosatrons and hydraflex systems. Install foamers, CTAs, nozzle applications and rain bars.
Equipment Maintenance:
Perform basic maintenance on car wash equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
Report any safety or equipment concerns to management.
Experience Engaging High-Level Decision Makers: You can speak the language of carwash executives and have a history of closing deals with top decision-makers in the car wash industry.
Self-Starter: This is a remote position that requires the ability to manage your own schedule, territory, and client relationships effectively.
Relationship Builder: You know how to maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while also identifying new business opportunities in the car wash industry.
Closer: You are results-oriented and skilled in closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Grow Existing Car Wash Accounts: Provide top-tier service to your current car wash customers, ensuring their needs are met, equipment is running smoothly, and satisfaction is maintained for repeat business.
Generate New Business in the Car Wash Sector: Proactively identify and pursue new car wash customers, turning leads into long-term, loyal business relationships.
Technical Support: Assist car wash owners with minor maintenance tasks, such as adjusting chemical concentrations, cleaning or troubleshooting equipment lines, and ensuring proper system functionality.
Drive Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets within your territory, driving new revenue from both existing and new carwash clients.
Consultative Selling: Understand the specific needs of car wash operators and offer tailored solutions that solve their challenges and drive their success.

Qualifications:
