Work in conjunction with Lottery Technical Operations, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Lottery Site personnel and the Change Advisory Board to coordinate the deployment of patches in compliance with customer contractual and regulatory requirements.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Participation in Change Advisory Board activities including leading meetings</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement change management best practices</p></li><li><p>Work with the Change Manager to document all I.T. changes</p></li><li><p>Assist in maintaining change and patch management policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Assist with managing zero-day patching including timely communication and progress reporting</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain reports used to analyze and share change statistics</p></li><li><p>Understand and relate to new products, technology, strategy and be able to follow directions</p></li><li><p>Ability to conduct training sessions to share knowledge with peers and other support teams</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements </b></p><ul><li><p>2+ years of Change Management experience to include software, hardware, network, operating system and patch maintenance</p></li><li><p>2+ years of Software Development and/or Network Design and Implementation</p></li><li><p>1+ years of Lottery industry operations preferred, but not required</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and migrations preferred</p></li><li><p>Experience working with automated dashboards and data driven reporting</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus</p></li><li><p>AI / ChatGPT knowledge to improve reporting and metrics.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and oral communication and technical documentation skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated and strong organizational skills</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><p><b>Education</b></p><p>2+ years’ experience in Information Technology Change Management and/or<b> </b>a 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field preferred</p><p></p><p><b>Skills/Abilities</b>:</p><ul><li><p>Ability to multitask</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work across organizational boundaries</p></li><li><p>Ability to self-manage</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in an office environment when required</p></li></ul><p><br><b>Work Conditions</b></p><p>Scientific Games, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “SG”) are engaged in highly regulated gaming and lottery <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">businesses.  </span> As a result, certain SG employees may, among other things, be required to obtain a gaming or other license(s), undergo background investigations or security checks, or meet certain standards dictated by law, regulation or <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">contracts.  </span> In order to ensure SG complies with its regulatory and contractual commitments, as a condition to hiring and continuing to employ its employees, SG requires all of its employees to meet those requirements that are necessary to fulfill their individual roles.  As a prerequisite to employment with SG (to the extent permitted by law), you shall be asked to consent to SG conducting a due diligence/background investigation on you.<br><br>This job description should not be interpreted as all-inclusive; it is intended to identify major responsibilities and requirements of the job.
