We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to manage Airbnb property turnovers with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming rental spaces into pristine, welcoming environments for guests, ensuring every detail meets high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of rental units between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, floors are spotless, and linens are fresh and properly arranged.
Conduct detailed inspections to confirm that all amenities, appliances, and fixtures are in working order and replenished as needed.
Apply proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces, including carpet cleaning, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods when necessary.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, restock essentials, and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Manage time efficiently to complete turnovers promptly while maintaining high-quality standards for each property.
Experience
Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles.
Familiarity with floor care techniques such as mopping, vacuuming, waxing, or polishing floors.
Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices is a plus.
Background in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning teams is advantageous but not required.
