Job Description:

  • Provide order management support for customers in their assigned Zones
  • Ensure that they process orders
  • Meet special customer requirements, serving as the customer advocate
  • Place orders at the proper site
  • Follow up with customers on order delays/issues
  • Communicate with cross SBU PPG employees and vendors on order statuses
  • Learn and retain complex customer and order guidelines
  • Responsible for accurate and efficient order management
  • Complete excellent customer service by handling customer issues and offer solutions
  • Help maintain the quality and integrity of unique customer information within the customer knowledge database
  • Log incoming/outgoing customer calls within the PPG Customer Relationship Management Database

Requirements:

  • 3+ years B2B Order Management experience
  • Experience with Oracle ERP.
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
  • Experience for Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Flexibility to work department hours of operation
  • College degree, preferred
  • Spanish or French speaking, preferred
