Our company is committed to delivering exceptional quality and maintaining the highest standards in commercial construction projects.
Position Overview: We're seeking a hands-on Working Foreman/Superintendent who can both lead crews and actively participate in commercial drywall installations while managing project documentation and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and work alongside drywall installation crews on commercial projects
Manage daily paperwork, including progress reports, timesheets, and safety documentation
Coordinate with general contractors and other trades
Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Conduct regular safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance
Oversee material ordering and inventory management
Train and mentor crew members
Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of commercial drywall experience
3+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
OSHA 30 certification (or willing to obtain)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in basic construction software and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel for projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale commercial projects
Knowledge of scheduling and project management software
Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Capable of standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
