The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in construction and/or forestry service and sales, excellent customer service skills, and a keen understanding of the industry. This position requires a customer-focused professional who is able to identify and address customer needs in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver who can develop solutions to meet customer demands. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with John Deere products and services. Identify customer needs and develop meaningful solutions to address their inquiries. Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding John Deere products and services. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer service and product offerings. Develop and execute sales plans to meet customer needs and promote John Deere products and services. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the John Deere brand. Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve customer service and product offerings. Ensure customer complaints and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations when servicing customers in the field.
