<p><strong>Opportunity</strong></p><p>A leading global financial institution is seeking an individual to join its Corporate Banking team in New York, focused on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This role offers exposure to corporate banking transactions, client coverage, and financial analysis within a fast-paced, global platform.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support senior bankers in managing relationships with TMT clients</li><li>Assist with lending, structured finance, and treasury transactions</li><li>Perform financial analysis, credit assessments, and industry research</li><li>Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and credit memos</li><li>Monitor portfolio performance and support risk management processes</li><li>Partner with teams across capital markets, syndications, and transaction banking</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field</li><li>Strong academic background and interest in corporate banking</li><li>Understanding of financial statements and corporate finance</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Prior internship experience in finance or banking preferred</li></ul>
