In this role, you will serve as the front desk receptionist, primary customer support contact, and an administrative assistant for internal operations. You will be responsible for managing incoming communication, assisting customers with concerns, and supporting daily office functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and customer inquiries.

Administrative Support
Maintain and update basic records, reports, and spreadsheets.
Organize and file documents to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
Support internal communication and reporting needs.
Assist with general office tasks and daily operations.
Office Coordination
Keep office areas organized, clean, and functional.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Receive and organize incoming deliveries and materials.
