Your Mission in Action
:
In this role, you will support daily operations by accurately entering family and donor information into our CRM database, managing email communications, and organizing important documentation. This position is primarily computer-based, requiring strong attention to detail, solid keyboarding skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain donor and scholarship applicant information within the Insightly CRM system
Manage and respond to email communications using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely and professional interactions
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) to support reporting, documentation, and daily administrative tasks
Organize, file, and maintain supporting documentation with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and deliver exceptional service to Arizona families
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of administrative, data entry, or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of experience in a related field, including experience working with CRM systems (Insightly preferred)
Background in nonprofit, education, or customer service environments
Travel:
This position does not typically require travel.
