Our team specializes in face-to-face direct marketing, connecting with business owners to promote AT&T's products and services in a more personal and effective way.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent the AT&T brand in person across the Charlotte metro
• Engage directly with business owners to promote service upgrades and special offers
• Build product knowledge to confidently match business needs with solutions
• Track interactions and follow up with leads
• Attend hands-on training and team development sessions
• Collaborate with a tight-knit local team in a goal-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing and confident communicator
• Eager to start a career in marketing, outreach, or brand development
• Enjoys face-to-face interaction and working in the field
• Comfortable navigating conversations and overcoming objections
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
