Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Manage front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling guest inquiries, and processing reservations
• Assist with guest check-outs, billing, and account management while maintaining accurate records of all transactions
• Provide outstanding guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, adhering to safety protocols and hospitality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality hotel operations with a strong background in guest services and front desk functions
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Previous hotel experience, customer service roles involving night audits or guest relations
• Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional manner
• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles, and guest service best practices
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction
