C&W Fencing is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our team. This position combines customer service, outdoor field work, estimating, and sales.
This is a base pay + commission position with strong earning potential for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working directly with customers.
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Learn all aspects of professional fence installation and materials
Meet with potential customers at homes, businesses, and properties to discuss fencing needs
Measure fence layouts and gather project details
Take photos, videos, and notes of properties for estimating purposes
Use company software to create and send professional bid proposals
Follow up with leads and maintain communication with customers
Coordinate with office staff and installation crews as needed
Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions — sun, rain, or snow
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic technology/computer skills
Ability to walk properties, lift materials/equipment when needed, and work independently
Sales experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person

Ideal Candidate
This position is great for someone who enjoys meeting people, working outdoors, staying active, and helping customers improve their properties. Construction knowledge is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
Must be dependable and consistently on time.
