We bring our customers the most authentic Maine seafood experience by staying close to the source, proudly serving delicious, wild-caught lobster from Maine, accompanied by our signature downeast Maine hospitality.

We are hiring

• *Food Truck Drivers/Cooks**
• Responsible and reliable individuals 25 or older with a CLEAN driving record
• Must be comfortable driving 30 foot truck
• Experience driving larger vehicles is a plus
• Food and hospitality experience is a plus

Drivers are cross-trained to work at all stations including grill, cold station, expo and cashier.

• *Food Truck Crew Members
• Looking for team players with exceptional customer service and great attitudes The food truck crew position does require a fair amount of driving to and from events so you MUST have reliable transportation.
• *Responsibilities:
• Driving (Food Truck Drivers only) - Picking up truck from commissary and driving to and from events.
• Food Prep - Prepare delicious Maine lobster dishes
• Cashier - Provide friendly, quality customer service, including greeting customers and answering questions
• Sanitation - Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
