About the Role
Were seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to help transform a working prototype into a production-ready SaaS platform in the healthcare compliance space.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving startup at a critical stagewhere your work will directly influence the product, architecture, and user experience. Youll be building a modern application that combines document processing, AI-assisted workflows, and structured user experiences within a regulated environment.
What Youll Do
Build and enhance frontend functionality using React, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI component libraries
Develop backend services and APIs using Supabase (Postgres, authentication, storage, and serverless functions)
Develop end-to-end application features supporting:
Document processing and data ingestion
Data transformation and validation workflows
User-driven review and approval processes
Design and support multi-tenant architecture and role-based access controls
Build scalable APIs and data models to support complex application logic and workflows
Integrate AI-assisted capabilities to enhance data processing and user productivity
Collaborate closely with Product, PM/BA, and SME stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality features
Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainable code
What Were Looking For
Strong experience with:
React (Vite or similar modern tooling)
Node.js and backend development
Supabase, Firebase, or Postgres-based backends
Experience building workflow-driven, data-intensive, or SaaS applications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with AI/LLM integrations
Background in healthcare, compliance, or regulated environments
Familiarity with document ingestion, OCR, or NLP-related systems
