Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors and negotiate competitive rates and packages for company travel.
Monitor and analyze travel expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Create detailed travel itineraries for employees, taking into account business objectives, personal preferences, and company policies.
Stay up-to-date on international travel regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and avoid any travel disruptions.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure all travel arrangements align with company policies and procedures.
Continuously improve and streamline travel processes to enhance efficiency and minimize travel-related stress for employees.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all employee travel and expenses.
