Head of Finance / CFO

<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're seeking a Head of Finance / CFO to own the entire finance function as we scale significantly. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build and lead a growing finance team while embracing a lean, AI-first philosophy.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and establish the FP&A function from the ground up</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage treasury and capital strategy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Optimize financial operations and reporting infrastructure</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with executive leadership on financial planning and growth strategy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Oversee accounting, financial controls, and compliance</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience as a CFO or Head of Finance at a scaling technology or logistics company</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong background in financial planning, fundraising, and capital management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on approach in early-stage environments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with operations and supply chain finance a plus</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with AI and technology-driven businesses preferred</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation & Details</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Competitive equity and salary package commensurate with experience.
