You’ll play a crucial part in creating memorable stays for our guests while managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.

What you’ll do

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and handle inquiries via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
• Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of guest accounts.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively, fostering positive guest relations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization to create an inviting environment for guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Familiarity with resort environments is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with guests.
• Proficiency in handling night audits and understanding of hotel management systems is beneficial.
