Owning the day-to-day operations of HubSpot, the full-time remote HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist will manage HubSpot administration, build workflows, and support sales and marketing teams with reporting and analytics while ensuring data integrity and system integrations. Key responsibilities Administer the HubSpot portal, including managing properties, pipelines, and workflows Build dashboards and reports for marketing and sales, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed Manage integrations and automations using Zapier and HubSpot APIs to streamline operations Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub, ideally Enterprise tier) Proven ability to build complex workflows, custom properties, and custom objects in HubSpot Strong experience with Zapier, including creating multi-step Zaps Understanding of REST APIs and experience with debugging webhook payloads Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals, including funnels, lead scoring, and segmentation
