Job Description:
As an HVAC technician for our Central Plant Services, you will be responsible for performing corrective repairs, preventative maintenance and diagnostics on a variety of commercial equipment, and complete the necessary paperwork associated with such duties. Experience with large-tonnage equipment is a plus!

Skills:
Must have good oral and written communications skills
Welding, brazing, soldering
Must be able to work well with other technicians and tradesman
Must possess excellent time management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks and daily commute
Must be able to properly diagnose electrical controls and motor control centers
Must be able to understand and utilize wiring diagrams to troubleshoot HVAC systems
Chiller service and chiller overhaul experience a PLUS!
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years experience in commercial HVAC
Universal Refrigeration Licenses
Requires EPA R410A certification
Valid CA Driver’s License and good driving record
A desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour based upon experience.
