Hydroseeding & Irrigation Crew Member (CDL Required)

Seed Tech is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing company. We are a faith-based, family-owned business that is continuing to grow, and we are seeking someone who is motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with both customers and coworkers in a fast-paced outdoor environment

This position involves a variety of outdoor and manual labor tasks including hydroseeding, ground preparation, irrigation work, mowing, land clearing, equipment maintenance, and customer interaction.

Requirements

• CDL Driver’s License required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Able to work 40–50 hours per week
• Comfortable performing manual labor in outdoor conditions
• Able to follow directions and work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable using technology to help provide customer estimates

Job Duties

• Hydroseeding and erosion control work
• Ground preparation and site cleanup
• Mowing and land clearing services
• Irrigation installations and repairs
• Operating equipment and machinery
• Truck and equipment maintenance
• Meeting with customers to discuss project needs
• Driving company vehicles during work hours
• (Company trucks may not be taken home.)
