Serve as a technical subject matter expert for FIS Global Plus, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of the system to ensure functionality and accuracy. Train and educate clients on the features and capabilities of FIS Global Plus. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation and conversion process. Document all processes and procedures related to the implementation and conversion for future reference. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in financial technology to continuously improve and enhance the implementation and conversion process.
