If you're looking for a place where your expertise makes a real difference, this is it. #Hybrid #Remote #INDHP Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Lead the planning, design, and construction services for industrial water and wastewater projects.</li> <li> Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple disciplines.</li> <li> Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both established and new clients.</li> <li> Develop and implement sales strategies for services. </li> <li> Mentor and develop a team of talented engineering professionals.</li> <li> Ensure technical excellence in advanced treatment facilities and process engineering.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Environmental Engineering or related field. </li> <li> Minimum 18 years of experience in process engineering and consulting.</li> <li> Demonstrated success in delivering water and wastewater treatment projects.</li> <li> Strong leadership and communication skills.</li> <li> Deep technical knowledge of advanced treatment processes and facility design.</li> </ul> Communication Skills <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to collaborate and communicate with and garner support from key stakeholders and staff. </li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical reports and procedures, and governmental regulations. </li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to write reports and other business correspondence. </li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.</li> </ul> Why GAI?
