<p><b>SUMMARY:</b></p><p>The Onsite Solutions Specialist generates increased revenue for Motion branches</p><p>through industrial consumable and core product sales facilitated by equipment and</p><p>software solutions. This role primarily maintains and expands customer and branch</p><p>relationships to ensure sales growth and introduces and develops value added solutions</p><p>for customers.</p><p></p><p><b>JOB DUTIES</b></p><ul><li>Works with equipment manufacturers and software providers to provide unique solutions for specific customer requirements.</li><li>Works with suppliers to select and verify equipment and software solutions.</li><li>Generates year-over-year revenue growth through expanding solution placements with existing and new customers.</li><li>Targets prospective branches and customers though sales calls and presentations.</li><li>Develops solution proposals and assists with sales process as needed.</li><li>Assists with contract execution.</li><li>Provides financial information that enables the branch and division to make sound investments in support of the customer</li><li>Conducts ROS analysis based on solution recommendation.</li><li>Establishes financial recommendations for branches to ensure profitability within Mi financial guidelines.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</b></p><ul><li>Typically requires a high school diploma or GED.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES</b></p><ul><li>Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of equipment and software supported by the Onsite Solutions Team.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain systems.</li><li>Moderate computer skills including: communicating internally and externally via email, creating and modifying spreadsheets and using business systems, and searching capabilities to find products on the Internet.</li><li>Reliability, organization and attention to detail required.</li><li>Typically requires Industrial Distribution and Sales knowledge.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</b></p><p><b>LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:</b> None required.</p><p><b>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:</b> No Supervisory Responsibility</p><p><b>BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY:</b> No</p><p><b>COMPANY INFORMATION:</b></p><p>Motion Industries offers an excellent benefits package which includes options for healthcare</p><p>coverage, 401(k), tuition, reimbursement, vacation, sick, and holiday pay.</p><p></p><p><span>Not the right fit?
