Information Technology Project Manager

<p>JCW has partnered with a leading enterprise technology company seeking a Data Strategy Lead for a 3- 6 month contract engagement sitting within their Digital Transformation Office. This person will own the development and execution of an enterprise-wide data strategy tied directly to the company's broader digital transformation agenda, operating at a true 50/50 split between business strategy and data execution.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is someone who brings serious project management chops alongside a strong point of view on data operating models. You've led large-scale data or digital transformation initiatives inside complex, enterprise-level organizations, and you know how to move from ambiguity to action. You can talk to engineers, influence executives, and translate data strategy into clear narratives that drive real change. A background in enterprise tech is strongly preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>US Citizens or Green Card holders onl</u>y.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in data engineering, data strategy, or digital transformation</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading large-scale data or digital transformation initiatives end-to-end within an enterprise organization</li><li>Deep fundamentals in data engineering, including how data is structured, modeled, and managed at scale</li><li>Hands-on experience designing data operating models and enterprise data governance frameworks</li><li>Proficiency in SQL; experience with Snowflake preferred; SAP and Power BI a plus</li><li>Working knowledge of AI and ML, including identifying use cases and embedding them into business processes</li><li>Strong program and project management skills across a global, cross-functional environment</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at every level without direct authority</li><li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If this sounds like you, feel free to apply!</p>
