Position Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Direct Bill Associate to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and reconciling direct bill commission income from carrier statements into our EPIC system and general ledger. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, committed to accuracy, and enjoys working in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter direct bill commission statements into EPIC with accuracy and timeliness.
• Record and reconcile matching deposits with minimal exceptions.
• Respond professionally and efficiently to inquiries.
• Follow established workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Continuously look for process improvement opportunities.
