We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Montessori Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment rooted in Montessori principles. As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula, manage classroom activities, and support the growth of children through individualized instruction.

Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive Montessori-based curricula tailored to the developmental needs of children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers
Lead classroom activities that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills while integrating special education strategies and early intervention techniques
Manage daily classroom operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and stimulating environment that aligns with Montessori standards and child welfare best practices
Mentor and support teaching staff by providing guidance on lesson planning, behavior management, classroom management, and effective teaching methods
Collaborate with parents and caregivers through regular communication about child progress, developmental milestones, and individualized learning plans
Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies accordingly
Oversee classroom routines such as childcare activities, toddler care, and preschool experiences to ensure consistency and quality in early childhood education
Requirements
Proven experience as a Montessori teacher or in early childhood education with a strong understanding of Montessori methodology
Certification or credential in Montessori teaching or early childhood education; additional training in special education or early intervention is highly desirable
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques
Experience working with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers, preferably within daycare or private school settings
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners
Knowledge of childhood development principles, standardized testing procedures, and literacy education strategies
Ability to lead a team of educators while fostering a collaborative and positive classroom environment
