What We’re Looking For

Licensed life insurance agents preferred (we can help you get licensed if needed)

Willing to follow a proven system for calling, presenting, and enrolling clients

Comfortable using technology (Zoom, CRM, lead platforms)

Self-driven, coachable, and values personal growth

Looking to build a long-term book of business and team

Ideal Candidate

You may have experience in insurance, real estate, ministry, military, or customer service — but it’s not required. What is required: compassion, courage, and consistency.
