Catalyst Physical Therapy & Wellness is hiring a licensed Massage Therapist to join our clinical and sports performance team in San Diego. This is an on-site role with flexible scheduling across four locations: Mission Valley, Point Loma, 4S Ranch, and Rancho Bernardo. Full-time and part-time candidates are welcome.

Catalyst is San Diego's clinic for athletes and active people who want results. We are the official massage providers for San Diego Wave FC and love to support other local organizations throughout the year. Our team includes physical therapists, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and performance coaches who work closely together on integrated client care. If you want to grow alongside experienced clinicians rather than work on your own, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Deliver clinical and sports massage to athletes, active adults, and wellness clients
Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and coaches on integrated treatment plans
Educate clients on recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness
Support occasional weekend events with our professional and collegiate sports partners
Maintain clear, accurate documentation within a membership-based care model
Required Qualifications
Active California Massage Therapist Certification (CAMTC)
Skilled in sports massage, deep tissue, and Swedish techniques
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or strong experience in Lymphatic Drainage and/or Prenatal Massage
Candidates with these skills will be prioritized
