Salary:

Responsibilities:

• Schedule assessments, sessions, and client visits across your dedicated area. (Therapist has autonomy over scheduling and days worked)

• Days may include traveling to one facility per day to meet with patients and perform assessments; (Tele-health offered by facility preference)
• Confidentiality of patient information

Requirements:

• Doctorate Required
• Driver’s License Required
• Helpful but not required: experience working as a designated mental health provider to multiple facilities, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and other mental health offices
